Procedures for acquisition of Japan Visa

IN PREPARING ALL THE DOCUMENTS

• Please check the visa category, you are applying for.
• Read all the necessary documents that you are required to submit.
• All the documents will be check by our Japan Visa staff upon filing.

SUBMITTING OF DOCUMENTS

• If all the documents are all completed, it will be forwarded a file to Japan Embassy the following day.
• It takes more or less 7 working days. (case to case basis)
• The Japan Embassy may require to you to submit additional document or ask for interview. (case to case basis)
• We will inform the applicant regarding feedbacks from Japan Embassy.

NOTE

◎Remove passport cover

• If not, application will not be processed and returned you.

◎Application Form is A4 size(210×297) only

◎No Correction Tape(Liquid)

• In case there is a need to make correction on the　application form and other documents, please refrain from using correction tape or liquid.
  Instead, use a double line to erase/correct the wrong information.

◎No Staplers

• Do not staple application forms, other requirements for visa application and passport.
  Please Remove all staplers before submission.
  e.g: ITR / Receipts issued by PSA and NSO / Bank Certificates

◎No Friction Erasable Pen

• Please do not used Friction Erasable Pen in Visa Application Form and in all documents.

◎Please make sure all documents legally obtained and Do not submit falsified documents.

PASSPORT RELEASING

• Once your passport was already released by Japan Embassy, we will inform the applicant to pick up here in our agency.
• It's Japan Embassy discretion, if you were granted a visa or not.
• Japan Embassy will not disclosed any reason, in case of denied application.
