WHERE DO YOU APPLY FOR JAPAN VISA?
We have six(8) branches in Metro Manila, where is the nearest and convenient branch?
- Please apply for Japan Visa at our branch.
- Meron po kaming anim(8) na branches na pwede pong pagpilian na mas malapit sa inyong lugar.
If there is no our branch in your area....
- Please look for PTAA / PIATA travel agency and apply for Japan visa thru them(PTAA / PIATA).
- Kung wala pong Reli Tours malapit sa inyo,
pwede din po kayong mag-apply sa PTAA / PIATA agency na malapit sa iyong lugar.

Please sort your documents into every applicants, if you apply in a group.
- No Correction Tape(Liquid)
In case there is a need to make correction on the application form and other documents,
please refrain from using correction tape or liquid. Instead,
use a double line to erase/correct the wrong information.
- No Staplers
Do not staple application forms, other requirements for visa application and passport.
Remove all staplers before submission.
e.g: ITR / Receipts issued by PSA and NSO/Bank Certificates/Juminhyo/Kosekitohon - No Friction Erasable Pen

FOR PERSONS VISITING IWATE, MIYAGI and FUKUSHIMA
As part of the reconstruction assistance connected with the Great East Japan Earthquake, visa fee for foreign visitors to any region of Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima Prefectures has been waived provided they satisfy the conditions below.
Please submit a form "Visa Fee Exemption Request" if you meet this requirement.
- If necessary, additional documents may be required.
- As a result of examination, visa fee may not be waived.
